Refund policy
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 21 of February 21, 2014.
It is possible to return the purchased product within 15 working days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, complete in all its parts, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Please note that Prearo Editore is not liable for theft or loss of products during transportation to the seller's warehouse.
Please also note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items and gift cards.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 15 working days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
